Meditation For Everyone Workshop

Introduce mindfulness to your employees in a manageable way so that they will be able to implement it into their life and improve overall performance. In this workshop we will:

  • Discuss experiences that may occur during meditation
  • Discuss the overall benefits of meditation
  • Practice meditation
  • Discuss yoga and meditation 
  • How it will impact positive change in your life
  • How to apply it on a daily basis and create a home practice

Pricing: $250 for a 2 hour workshop with employees

Corporate Yoga or Meditation Sessions

Turn your break room or board room into a space for yoga class that suits all employees needs or have peaceful meditation and breathing practices with one of our desk yoga classes.   Our corporate yoga sessions are designed to do so much more than alleviate pain in the body due to sitting too long or from prolonged typing. The sessions, we help your employees build a stable physical and mental foundation through movement and meditation that brings balance to the body and mind.  All employees will need is a change of clothes and a mat. 

Pricing:  A single 1 hour session at a rate of $150 for the first 8 students. Any student over 8 is $15 per student rate.  

Discounted rates will be applied for a 6 month and 1 year commitment.
