Private Yoga - Individual & Group

 Private Group or Individual yoga & meditation sessions are a great way to receive the benefits of yoga, in a custom-made session to meet your needs and goals. It is an opportunity for beginners to advanced practitioners to develop and deepen their personal yoga practice, whether postures, meditation, or breath work. Each session will be designed and adapted to your individual needs and goals.  It is a great way to quickly evolve your practice and empower you to create a home practice.



  • Private Sessions: 1-on-1 and 2-4 students - $100/hr 1-1, an additional $15 pp up to 4 people
    • 5 private sessions, 60 min : $450
    • 10 private sessions, 60 min: $900

  • Group Sessions: 5+ students - starting at $200/hr

Crystal Healing & Reiki

 Chakra Balancing includes the mixed methods of Reiki, Crystal Healing, Chakra Meditation, and Breathwork  to create a harmonious flow of energy throughout your body. Energy blockages and stagnation are easily cleared by this powerful duo. The recipient feels lighter, calmer, centered, and relaxed.  These sessions will result in release from stress, re-balancing of the body systems, calming the mind and promoting healthy sleep. The use of crystals will promote a release of emotions, balancing energy, and clearing trauma held in the body.

Are you sick of fad diets, spending hours working out, tracking everything you eat, or just have no idea where even to begin? Are you trying to level up and evolve your well being in an effective and efficient manner? This program will empower you to take control of your life and evolve your well-being. Mind, body, and soul. In these sessions an individuals current physical and emotional well-being will be assessed and we will work together to help you set goals for what you want to achieve in your overall wellness and health by developing action plans.
