There is a huge lack in coping skills. We offer programming designed to build the inner resilience needed to navigate physical, mental and emotional stress, and overcome barriers to learning. Our five element structure seamlessly integrates the best of yoga and mindfulness, to provide comprehensive content, create a predictable rhythm to programming, and support ease and consistency of implementation.
